ya’ll, i love to dance.  and while i’m not very good at it, flailing my arms in time to music i love is one of my favorite past times.   Energy Distortion (Untold Remix) has quickly risen to the top of my arm flailing list.  crafted by deep house and dance artist F, Energy Distortion (Untold Remix) sounds like a beat that gained sentience after years spent observing tribal rhythms from the thirdest of third world countries.  it’s lively, energetic, melodic, and fun— what more do you want?  F’s entire 2010 album, Energy Distortion, is just as solid, and i’d recommend it to anyone who likes energetic, upbeat dance stuff.

this is the music i want playing at space raves, or while i’m reentering earth’s orbit in an old rusted NASA ship that’s rattling and falling apart as i’m flying.  awesome.
