this sunny pop song, The Look, by group Metronomy, might just be pop perfection.  great hook, infectious vocals, simple yet interesting chords make this the perfect song for chilling at a beach, with friends, on a long drive, drunk and vomiting—basically, anytime.  the vocal work also reminds me again of Grizzly Bear, and the synth solo once more brings up images of the 80s.  give it a listen, ya’ll, you’ll probably like it.
